- Click "Start Building Your Workout" on the homepage
- Select your equipment from the list - Bodyweight, Dumbbells, Barbell, Etc.
- Choose your target muscles - Full Body, Upper Body, Lower Body, or Core
That's it! Your personalized workout is ready to go.
Step 2: Customize Your Routine
- Shuffle/Delete Exercises: Click the Shuffle or Trash buttons to adjust your workout
- Reorder Moves: Drag and drop exercises to create the perfect flow
- View Exercise Details: Click any exercise to see instructions, muscle targets, and video demos
Step 3: Start Your Workout Session
- Begin your workout by clicking "Start Workout"
- Check out the Video and complete each exercise
- Track your sets and reps - the app remembers your progress
- Take breaks when needed - your health comes first
- Complete your session and see your performance summary
Step 4: Track Your Progress
- Save as Favorite: Click the heart icon to save workouts you love
- View workout history to see your consistency
- Monitor performance trends over time
- Celebrate milestones and achievements
- Increase weight & reps as you get stronger
Step 5: Explore Kintsugi Nutrition
- Scan any food barcode to reveal nutrition scores instantly
- Compare products and discover healthier alternatives
- Save favourites into custom Grocery Lists so you remember what to buy later
- Switch countries to see nutrition labels relevant to where you shop
- Access lists anywhere – your saved products sync across devices
Step 6: Explore Kintsugi Music
- Tap the music note icon in the header to open Kintsugi Music
- Listen while you train: audio keeps playing even if you close the overlay
- Green music icon means playing; tap to stop, tap again to reopen the app
- Save up to 10 favorite stations and access them via Favorites → Music
- Favorites sync with your account across devices
